If you’ve been following me for a while, or have taken a look around my website, you know that I am a highly energetic, upbeat and sassy person who is obsessed with all things travel. Plus, you know I love to keep it real, sometimes too real but hey, that’s just me.

When I’m not traveling the world, attending networking events or creating content, I’m running a full-time business behind closed doors. Now that I’m getting old (almost 30 ahhh), that face-paced lifestyle tends to catch up with me more rapidly than I like to admit.

Most days I have a ton of energy, and some, I start to feel completely burnt out, stressed and unfocused (welcome to being an entrepreneur  😜). I like to think of myself as having a natural high on life, but it’s safe to say that we could all use a little extra help every once in a while right? So when I had the opportunity to try out the natural energy shots from Proper Wild, I thought this would be a great time to try out some new fuel for us and give it a proper review. Here is my honest Proper Wild Review

You know how most people wake up every morning, make their coffee and somehow, feel this wave of energy come over them? Yeah, that’s not me. You know how some people take pre-workout and their skin starts itching and they turn into the incredible Hulk? Not me either. What about the people who drink those god awful energy drinks and clean their whole house in 2 hours? Definitely not me. I’m the type of person who could drink 2 espresso shots before bed and fall right to sleep. Call me crazy (which I definitely am), but nothing seems to work for me…until I tried Proper Wild.

Now I know that might seem a little dramatic, but I pride myself on being 100% honest with my audience and would never talk about a product I didn’t love…but this my friends is something you need to add to your shopping list.

THE PROS:

All Natural: Nowadays, clean ingredients are what we long for in our daily lives. We are starting to take our health and what we put in our bodies more seriously, and Proper Wild can help with that. Did I mention it is also vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free, Non-GMO and has no preservatives! So all of you sensitive Sallies have no reason NOT to try it! It’s so refreshing to know we can get good, clean energy without all the extra fluff.

No Jitters: This was huge for me because even though most products don’t give me long-lasting energy, or any energy at all…they do make my body feel jittery. Not Proper Wild. IT ACTUALLY WORKS: Proper Wild Energy Shots offer 2x more caffeine than a cup of coffee. So not only will it help you cut out your $7 order at Starbucks, but it will ultimately give you that long-lasting energy without the crash. I know plenty of people who have to drink 2 sometimes 3 cups of coffee PER DAY just to live a normal life. Hate to break it to ya babe, but that’s not normal, nor is it safe.

The Customer Service: Since Proper Wild is a fairly new brand, you would think they didn’t know WTF they were doing. Nope, I was wrong. Their customer service is top-notch, and you can really tell that they stand behind their mission and care about their customers.

The Size: Being a full-time traveler means I don’t want to carry around huge cans of crap that weigh me down and only half-ass work. These bottles are the perfect travel size, can fit into any space and make it easy for people on the go. Stash some in your carry on, in your backpack on a hike, or in your briefcase for business travel.

THE CONS:

The Taste: Now this is just my personal opinion and others might disagree, but I am not very fond of the taste. It’s very STRONG and pungent with a lingering aftertaste. BUT, we all have to remember that it doesn’t contain all the extra  fluff…and personally, I am willing to let it slide since this product works so well. Just remember to shake well and serve chilled!

Not enough flavors: With only 3 flavors to choose from, your options are limited, and I like to have options. Considering this is a fairly new company, however, I’m sure there will be more sprinkling out over time…but I would love to see more NOW. (I know, I’m impatient). Maybe a Strawberry or Tangerine flavor? What would be your ultimate flavor?
